T.T Logistics was a good company to work with. However, I was laid off from my job and for 03 months I am unemployed and in a bad financial condition. T.T Logistics didnt offer any support amid a pandemic.

I was working with BAWC's GSA TT Logistics. The reviews are for TT Logistics. Being a part of the Sales Team, the best part was working under Commercial Head for India and Nepal, Ankush Chawla. He's the best boss and mentor I have ever seen. Got to grow a lot under him. Although the same couldn't really be said about the manager for Mumbai on TT Logistics' payroll.

Dislikes

Management of TT Logistics at Mumbai wasn't as efficient as that of British Airways or IAGC. Sales personnel at TT Logistics never were given incentives, unlike the Sales Team of IAGC (British Airways).

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
