Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

... also very good. My words will be of no use to me for the company and the owner. Company Specialty :- 1) Every month time to time salary advance bonus. 2) Monthly birthday celebration and gifts are also given. 3) Human Resources team is also very good and provides full support.

Dislikes

1) There is no slap of appraisal, one is disliked only because of appraisal, one's dedication is not seen. 2) One who has good reference, his salary is increased well.
