Work culture is good, Company should mpre implement in insurance policy. Over all it a good company but management is not so good.

Dislikes

... than 2 years working on contract role in HR but not yet got permanent position.pay scale for Hr is very less in more than 6 yrs of experience.

Dislikes

While I am generally very satisfied with my experience at TSYS, one area for improvement is the location in Noida. Compared to Gurgaon, Noida lacks some of the advanced infrastructure and amenities that could further enhance the overall work experience.

Niche technology and good set of practices in terms of Devops One week of office work in a month is good Salary is competitive

Dislikes

No on-site opportunities for FTE, only contractors can go No appraisals and promotions Cost cutting increasing year by year Work life balance is worse (8PM is mandatory) Chaos in team movements after layoffs of 2024

Working culture was good ,On time salary, annually increment however given very less but still , So many Activities, sports games trip dinner etc

No job security now,Poor Management Several employees were laid off giving the reason your role has been eliminated due to reorganisation even the employees worked for more than 25 years were laid off
