Work life balance is zero, you are asked to work overtime without giving incentives. If you are contributing in office hours you are considering less assest to company as they want you to work anytime flexible as per them and also complete their 9 hours shift and work beyond but with no extra pay for those hour to consider yourself a assest for company.
