This box is way to big for a company like "Trysol Global Services" to write its Pros becoz clearly there isnt any one in this company.

Dislikes

This company has some serious issues with the operational structure. They don't adhere to proper working hours, with timmings varying form 8 to 6, 9 to 6.30 or 7 to 3 without consistency. There's a lack of proper traning and floor mentorship making it difficult to grow and succeed in your role. It seems like they dont know how to run their company properly. Instead of providing real opportunities they just bluff their way through. There clients are not genuine and they often send you to some random walk-ins when you ask for actual interviews. Joining this company feels like waste and i wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Its a wonderful experience and oppurtunity which I have got in Trysol Global services,I had met many experienced people with differnt culture ,Very comfortable working ambience with not much work pressure and can achieve the targets If we focus on work properly.so thanks to sreedevi CEO and Nisha (HR) who has given me a good oppurtunity to work over here.
