Pathetic work environment and poor management team. Please do not spoil your career with this company. They send termination email to you without any prior discussion and ask you to leave. I would give 0 rating because they deserve

Initially they were doing fine.. but after i met with a major accident and asked for leave they sent me a termination letter, saying that its not possible for them and i went all blank because i was hospitalized unable to react to anything sent them all the reports as well but they were absolutely heartless and in difficult times left me to struggle for a job. Its always correct an employee is always an employee, never a family.. family in working culture is all a lie.

No job security, as for leave and they will hand you the termination in return.

Well, first and foremost I love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. Employees are focused and keen to take up work challenges as well as acquire new skills and knowledge.

In my opinion the most important thing is to focus positive aspects primarily. Nobody wants to hire an employee. Most thing is there were more supportive.

I was the person who built tryfacta, however I left as because of the worst reputed owner of the company.

The owner is a king of fake commitments. if he speaks 100 out of which 99.99% would be 100% fake and false.
