You can directly contact to the upper management but never ever expect a positive response. No work culture. Not a stranded SOP. Every one is own boss who have to follow the order of multiple bosses and these bosses are never concerned about the actual process to be done.No job security. Even you can be through out in a minute without prior intimation and suitable reason.

In my 17 years work experience I have seen no knowledge of Logistics and only politics no respect for Senior & Experienced employee no body have future in this organization and regarding job security oops be careful everybody will be kicked out overnight wt out any intimation be careful before joining this organization
