...e Truworth because of their behavior and everything, HR's harass the employees. work load is heavy and the salary is very low and they won't provide Health insurance for employees I suggest everyone please don't join with Truworth, because they will deal with very smoothly and after sometime they won't pickup our calls and they won't reply our messages

Dislikes

No insurance, no bonus, no benefit, no laptop, no proper cafeteria, no proper car parking, boss culture, they can layoff whenever they want, they change you company internally without letting you know in every 11 months ( switch into truwoth infotech to truwoth Healthcare and vice versa ) for example if you worked here 22 months and you leave the organisation so you will get 2 different experience letters(11 months each). You have to deal with some people who don't know how to talk with respect.

So I got elected for the position of customer executive and during my training period I found out that there are no hierarchy and no proper management for the training addition to this there is no job security as well like they can't fire you anytime with a dumb excuses, specially the manager and the HR are not supportive at all. I don't know why they are paying them, if this'll continue then I can surely say that this is the downfall of the company and it won't survive longer.

% days a week job. Best part. The company has really bright staff who is skilled and learned but is compelled to work in a loop to reshape the prior work/versions. There is no career growth as there is a lack of vision and understanding of the necessary steps forward. There is no orientation and vision. In the name of work culture, everyone is just glued to their desk and work into individual screens. In this century where the hierarchy should have been dissolved and the goals should be clear, it's just the reverse of that. The culture definitely involves employee humiliation and yelling-on-the-top-of-the-lungs kind of conversation (from top to mid-level management) in front of others for the most trivial of the things for the demonstration of power.

Dislikes

Faulty bonus schemes are shown to employees to create jealousy among each other. Training: there is no training or proper acquaintance methods employed. Innovation: As it is the tech company they fairly are behind in the area of R & D and innovation by lightyears but not in terms of the quantity and quality of employees. Learning: is done through loud criticism. Infrastructure: They have a beautiful and well-built office space and not so appealing cafeteria where on needs stairs to reach as elevators are restricted to the certain floor in the name of health.

I loved doing this work, he used to treat the manager and team leader like a friend, I still remember those days very much.

The only thing there was very bad, they didn't give off and they used to give lunch break only in 10 min
