The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Work-life balance and team. You'll find wonderful and supportive people to work with.

Dislikes

There is a lot of mismanagement and miscommunication. Salary is decent but career growth is slow, you won't see your calibre. Management can ask you to leave anytime they want. There's 0 job security and work satisfaction is also nil. You work hard, use your creativity and in the end, no one would appreciate you for all the work you did. I have a lot to say but I don't wanna waste my time on this. I feel this would be enough for you to understand.

I liked the most in Truworth is the safety and security system of the company as I am a female so this is the most important thing which I found in this company, the complete environment is very safe and secure from my juniors to my colleagues all are very supportive and helpful to me. Technology aspects are good. You get chances to move with latest technology. Management always push you towards learning new things. What more better is the environment. The company is in evolution state nowdays so there are a lot of things happening dynamically.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
