The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Work-life balance and team. You'll find wonderful and supportive people to work with.

Dislikes

There is a lot of mismanagement and miscommunication. Salary is decent but career growth is slow, you won't see your calibre. Management can ask you to leave anytime they want. There's 0 job security and work satisfaction is also nil. You work hard, use your creativity and in the end, no one would appreciate you for all the work you did. I have a lot to say but I don't wanna waste my time on this. I feel this would be enough for you to understand.

I liked the most in Truworth is the safety and security system of the company as I am a female so this is the most important thing which I found in this company, the complete environment is very safe and secure from my juniors to my colleagues all are very supportive and helpful to me. I loved to work there and it’s proud to be a part of this company

Technology aspects are good. You get chances to move with latest technology. Management always push you towards learning new things. What more better is the environment. The company is in evolution state nowdays so there are a lot of things happening dynamically.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
