Company strategy for the employee are quite good. If u are professional and working capabilities are good than this is the best place to work.

Little bit system and IT problem is here however every company has some drawback but still this company is far more better than other in the industry.

There is no work in trust line that i dislike,everything here is work learning. Our department head act as he is the boss of the company. Always demotivate his employee.
