I don't find anything specific. Low salary compensated by gifts and short trips during occassions.

Very poor culture. Culture of a company depends on the type of managers working there. Change the managers company will do good. Don't expect appreciation of your hard work by any chance. If you think you have the potential to grow in life, then don't get into this company. If you have lost hope in life and needs a job urgently for meagre earning, then you can go ahead. All the best!

Every people walks on eggshells. People get fired anytime, they made us work for 10 hours, salary is not enough, and people are biased. They will not provide WFH for new employee because of 10 days difference!!! And the office is very small and in an uncomfortable Location, it's located in a residential area

For freshers, an amazing organization to start of with if they are planning for a career in HR. For experienced (both HR and non-HR background), a place to keep growing and learning.

Work life balance is not at all there. The work pressure is very high and the working hours keeps on extending.
