Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Company's manager never listen they even never try to understant the situation just do whatever their Accountant says...Due to Account's major interference company's almost all offices are about to shut. They never provide PF to left employees even they never answer them..Till date I have not received my Full and Final amount and letter after left of 1 and half year
