... security. None of the policies are implemented and they are only for name seek. No one knows why director will order to terminate any employee or order for salary deduction or hold of salary. Even management is k t send a person on LOP but will nor allow to apply there own leaves which are allotted to respective employee. HR will never relive any employee with proper relieving formalities. My humble suggestion to the aviation employees to change their respective career path rather that joining in Trujet. With that decision they are not only helping themselves but also saving their own family from mental and financial tensions.

As I am working with trujet it's a wonderful opportunity for me it gave me a life... I can say it is my starting Carrier.

There is no negitive reason to say trujet is bad, but. I would say that trujet airline should also see ground staff salary they should think about salary of hike of ground staff...

Managers can't get freehold for there job and unwantedly or wantedly Director involvement which disturbs smoothness if work,all director are not from field related
