There was nothing to like about working in TVM. It is the organization for those who don't Or cannot take stand for themselves. The ones who are good at being extremely obedient employees can still hold the chance of being part of the system.

Dislikes

The organization doesn't have good infrastructure. The employees are not given any kind of privilege. You will be highly suffocated mentally in case if you are working in this system.
