nothing is good they overwork you and don't pay enough. also there is no job security. they can fire you whenever they want. terrible organisation

everything is bad. you have to atleast work 12 hrs a day for 6 days a week in minimum salary. on same days you will be required to work 7 days a week. they don't give national holidays also an off and boss is prick.

Here I met a few good colleagues who were struggling with me.

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible. They don't balance the work-life with personal life. The management is very harsh. Job security is zero and they change the designation and rules frequently without any prior discussion. Minimal number of holidays are there. Also, overtime is unpaid. Another disadvantage is long working hours. Work environment is horrible as we need to face lots of politics.

Horrible work culture, unnecessary office politics with all the wrong people in power, foul mouthed CEO, corporate ladder climbing only based on manipulation and treachery, zero work and personal life balance, faulty management

1 - Toxic work culture 2- They don’t have manners to talk employees 3 - No time management 4 - your in time is fixed but your off time forgot about that 5 - When you interviewed they said the office is 5 working days but later you have to work 6 days some time 7 days also. And on sunday WFH
