Dislikes

Doesn't have professional working environment. No process patterns work but totally based on Super Lala type decision making.. Lacks delegation for decision making to rank and file ..

They hire for a position but never gave you work related to that position. After resigning they do not let you serve the notice period they can fire you at anytime after submitting your resignation letter

Dislikes

I have worked at Truecom more than 4 years. Truecom’s upper management always treated me as their personal servent and like labour. When I opposed for such these kind of activities they fired me from their organisation and also not providing my documents related to job.
