Nothing telling about for any Matter Like Job Security, Yearly Increament, Promotion, Sallary Growth, Extra Working without Over Time like etc. I can't like this company anymore because of I have experienced too much from last 5 years.

No Job Security Hard working No Over Time No Sallary Increment No Promotion More than official 8 hours working Just in onother word I want to say that it's just gaming with us in this job by senior person also head of company. So kindly I say you that don't trust anymore and find in other area company but not this.

Sallary give company on date between 7 to 10.

Dislikes

This Company didn't give offer Letter and joining letter to new joined employee and also sallary slip. It's not a secure job anytime company left the employee of without any reason. Company not gave increment regular at a time and doesn't satisfy to anyone it's a big problem to every employees.
