Good product. Learning opportunities for product and engineering people. Nothing much for revenue generating folks.

Dislikes

No planning in terms of product and GTM. Too many stakeholders resulting in complete chaos.

Work is light as the product itself is not complex

Dislikes

Very few paid holidays just 8 holidays they give in a year (festivals) No holiday for elections where govt has declared holiday, they made us work from home No management skills in leaders. They will listen to the feedback but never reacts to it neither does HR. Hike is very less, no difference when it comes to appraisal on the basis of your performance.

Likes

People listen to you and at least at that time you get the hopes of feeling valued. You would have few awesome people to work with.

Dislikes

Especially the b2B side has no growth opportunities as the product is new and not scalable . Even if you give multiple feedback through insights it will be of no use and you might loose on all the motivation and energy. Few managers are totally incapable of leading a team and you will feel criticized all the time. If you take this to management they will hear you out patiently, warn the person and push it under the carpet. Few bad hires is making the company incapable to retail valuable resources.
