The Employer was a very manipulative guy . He will eventually get done whatever he needs , even if it means exploiting the interns for the fullest . Irony is that the firm helps other firms to spread happiness amongst their employees when it's own employees our unhappy . If u have designed a program on happiness , make sure your employees are satisfied and content with your behaviour which isn't really the case here . Motivation at work is important , criticism should be given in a positive way.
