Horrible company, can't believe I got into this place, the founder Nidhi Batra is the real person behind all the toxicity, she controls people & extremely biased with guys, extremely unprofessional as she abuses clients behind their back & also abuses employees, they don't let you go home even at 9pm & expect to report at 10am, if you're late by 10min they cut the pay for full day, please don't join you'd regret & they don't pay on time it's just she lies so confidently that you get manipulated.

There is nothing to like about True North Agency. Worst company ever no work life balance, no fixed timings you have to stay till mid night id your work is pending. No job security.

The work culture is extremely toxic and there is not such concept of work life balance, you do not go home until it's okay with everyone else to go home. Yet you are expected to be on time in the morning. The way the boss speaks is not at all professional. She will talk to you like you have asked her free cash. They fire you anytime they want. And when they are in need of something they tell you stay another month as it is your duty to.

Worst company to work in. Please I do not recommend to work here! Very toxic work culture, misinformation about their rules. Work timings are from 10:30 to 8:00 but they let you go by 10:00/11:00 which is 12hr shit and not even paying enough! This was one of the things!!! Do not work here!!

Work culture = Harassment No proper training No guidance No proper system I worked there for 17days within those 17 days like 4-5 people left!
