...ou out without knowing you, HR will directly tell to resign within 1 to 2 days. And also they will not release fnf and also hold your salary and even not give you salary according to offer letter. HR will behave after resign like she doesn't know you. Please think lots of time before joining.

In the current situation, top management is grappling with paying delayed salaries, ex-employees are chasing them for FNF but they don't have any exact solution for this. And yes jobs are at risk.

Also, advantage of working in a start up is to get so many opportunities to learn and grow within the organization and as an individual as well.
