Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very worst organization, Mr. Amrit chandan director of the company have abusive language, unprofessional skills... i will suggest please rethink if you want join this company

There is no job security, carrier growth depend upon verbally termination of your manager by Amrit Chandan, do not think about appraisal, if you get your salary thank pay thanks to got. High level politics s in organization. No work-life balance because you have no order to leave office without leaving Amrit Chandan to office, he goes on 2-3am
