I am thinking really hard, still cannot find any. Maybe the fact that the compensation is on par with industry standards and you get your salary on time.

"Long list alert" 1. Toxic work culture - People work with a crab mentality. The product is not doing well and the employees will always try to blame each other and that's all that happens in this company 2. No respect towards people who want to work - Here it doesn't matter whether you work or not. Doesn't matter whether you produce results or not, or even take efforts or not. Can you talk big? Can you use jargons in every sentence you say? Can you speak in good English? If you can do these things, you will be an instant hit here. Nobody cares whether you work or at least take some efforts to change things around. You will have long endless meetings all day long. You are just supposed to attend the meetings, talk big about your 'plan' to change things around, log out, chill and repeat! You might be the most efficient employee, but if you cannot 'plan' and talk endlessly about it, you are not a good employee at TC. Case in point - An employee was asked to attend a meeting on a Sunday, which he/she declined. This employee who used to work for 14-15 hours a day was called 'Non committed' since he/she couldn't attend the Sunday meeting! 3. Favouritism - Talk well, 'plan' well, answer every question in the most hypothetical theoretical philanthropical or non practical way, and you will be a crowd favorite at TC
