Firstall Thanks to Naukri getting on opportunity working form Trolex IND Pvt ,,it a good manufacturing company,and good environment, mangement are ther friendly more than not a working brazzer working presser, new idea,getting new challenge great 👍

There is a lot of politics& Mangalore does not address our outside. Sakshi is decent but no career growth, on the job training is not given to new joinees. No min time given for the work & expect everything to be done as magic.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
