Terrible work environment esp if you are form a non-muslim community. your hard work your qualification has no worth for this company. They will only promote a muslim national even they are no of worth at all. I repeat again its terrible to work in such a company.

Horrible work Environment, Only Managers have all the rights and all the perks, working under them dont even get a proper accomodation, no transportation for them, they have to depend on the mercy of the drivers.

It’s very good I work almost 4 years and I was as a technician but my qualifications bachelor but I try so many to talk with manager and team but no body promotes need some body tell us and for me without all no body there helps as then finally I get job in Adnoc in aviation department as a engineer Allahhamduliallah from end of 2017 and here no need to say it’s professional

There is nothing you would like working in Trojan. It is a bad company..mostly egyptians from manager to jr engineers

They should removed Engr Bassem..the head of all technical manager..he is a bad guy..too much politics in this company and racial descrimination
