Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They don't used to disclose the salary bracket in the job posting because most of the time they offered less salary than the current salary of the candidates and even most of the employees starts looking for another opportunity within a month of joining. They offer higher post like sr. Manager etc irrespective of the job responsibility the main focus is to hire people with less salary...

Every year appraisal from 7 to 10 percent. Promotion is given at regular time intervals of 3-4 years( sometimes in 2 years if personal image is good at management). The company township is good, good surrounding environment to spent time in the township. Overall work life balance is good at a broader aspect.

Dislikes

The salary structure of freshers is very low as compared to competitive market.

...ools for chilling.more over it facilitate quarter and medical for the employees.company policies are good and fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Terrible Politics, crony systems, if you know how to butter the management then you can survive. Top management needs extra butter with cheese. Situated in extreme remote areas. Very unprofessional staff. High attrition rate and no job security.

Nothing bis good about this company

Dislikes

No work from home during covid. No safety precautions. Nothing. Company is not interest in its employees growth with both salary and skills. Recruit professionals from various dimensions and give them work which has nothing to with their experience and qualification. Don't get surprise if you are CA and you are looking for dispatch or solving customer complaints.
