HRs are real scammers. They give all fake information about your employee benefits, leaves, even salary. I was told that I'll be company staff but I'm counted in factory workers when I am service administrator.

You'll feel like being in school. You'll encounter micro management here. If you're not good with HR, they'll personally target you.

The company is in a high growth oriented sector and all employees can get good exposure in various lines.

The system was unorganised,and so employees were pushed work from 9 to 9 without any compensation forovertime working.

Best Place to Grow. Have been associated with the organisation for over a decade now, and have seen all the support to any individual like me to grow in career. Incredibly thankful to the leaders of the organisation

I believe in creating an opportunity out of the rough situations, whatsoever it would be. Any organisation has its own share of challenges for which employees are there to solve upon.

This Company is real career spoiler and has absolutely bad culture. The promoter of the Company is real bad/mad arrogant guy who is very abusive and doen't care for employees and treat them as dirt. That is why the management at the helm are also not concerned for the employees who harass employees to the maximum. Never ever join this company even if you don't have any other alternative, otherwise u and your family will repent your decision all through your/their life. I pray to almighty God to finish this Company for the bettermend of employees who may fall prey to its false representations as this Company has only bad culture.

Everything. Its bad and rogue Company, harassment of employees, abusive management. In fact, this organization is not relevant in 21st Century and should not be joined by any human being.

The company is being run by 5 fools from the noida office and one fool from the mumbai office. only blame game exists in trivitron culture. rest of the people who are young and taking multiple roles and responsibilities are not rewarded, appraisal's are non existent for them. Policies are anti growth for people. even the awards they get like the great place to work are done using corrupt practices. When employees deserve flexibility there is micro management in the teams. They will only make presentations but there is no action on the ground. Rewards are given only when you put down your papers or if you are from a PERTICULAR REGION. leaders are highly dependent on the feedback of a chosen few. Overall, the business is shrinking and they will be reduced to one division only, that too is functioning on corrupt practices. 3 persons in noida office have only one job to find faults in others work and do nothing about course correction and report that mistake to the head mistress, to get a pat on the back and forget about improving the process, listening to the employee. All the good reviews you see are made forcibility by the marketing team in their presence.
