Salary on time, Company didn't make pressure to complete the tasks on time. They give you free hand to implement the things which can make application better also company give you better appraisal as per market standards.

Company didn't provide WFH at any cost. Job security is also a concern here. Company didn't provide any extra perks and benifits only salary you will get, nothing to motivate employees.
