Company didn't provide WFH at any cost. Job security is also a concern here. Company didn't provide any extra perks and benifits only salary you will get, nothing to motivate employees.

It will be awesome, if they start statutory compliances(Salary breakup like Salary slip, PF), other than I love to work here.
