Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

They are never stay on his/her words (on paper and verbally also). They deduct yours salary if any mistakes happen by you. Even they don’t support their cleaning workers as well. Vary bad experience in my life I get from Triveni and I never suggest to join that organisation. They are cheaters.

They call me two times for interview they take and than say me we will inform you in 2 days. But they don't call me for anything and don't inform me for I am selected or rejected.

For freshers if you have power to handle stress than good to learn.

Dislikes

No job security for the employees. employer and management even the seniors only looks for their benefits. At first they will force you to bring sales if something wrong happens they will raise their hand.Even after serving the Company with all dedications for long time at the end the results are zero. The owner should involve himself more into business things. They fool a lot to customers!
