Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1) Slow work culture. 2) Majority of senior citizens, who don't want to give any fresh approach to problem solving, leading to project execution delays. 3) Lack of ownership in senior most peoples. 4) Slow growth opportunity.

The Company is good overall...Salary on time. Five days working. 8 hours a day. Good office location. Financially stong. In some departments there is no work pressure at all. However, that certainly depends on your boss factor, which is same across all companies...Company that you can stick for a long time and enjoy comfortable tenure..

No perks apart from salary upto Middle level management. Senior and executive does enjoy a number of benefits...

Company gives freedom to work. company SOP are already well established and set. You have to follow and focus on your work. Office entry time is also not very strict. However, one should follow the discipline. People are cooperative and working culture is healthy. Take the challenge and you can learn and develop muti dimensional skills. Time to time various training programs also arranged by HR.

Dislikes

Designation Growth rate is very slow and salary is low in comparison to competitive market.

Maximum staff is on shift duty, No timely departure from duty, All department heads trying to hold you for extra time after completion of your duty timing, No work ethics, overall not a healthy environment.
