Maximum staff is on shift duty, No timely departure from duty, All department heads trying to hold you for extra time after completion of your duty timing, No work ethics, overall not a healthy environment.

Old èmployee will play politics to make sure that new employee leave the organisation.. Cut throat politics at senior level..senior management plays worst politics with new employee..survival of new employee is extreme difficult for DGM and above upto GM level..
