The Company is good overall...Salary on time. Five days working. 8 hours a day. Good office location. Financially stong. In some departments there is no work pressure at all. However, that certainly depends on your boss factor, which is same across all companies...Company that you can stick for a long time and enjoy comfortable tenure..

Dislikes

No perks apart from salary upto Middle level management. Senior and executive does enjoy a number of benefits...

Company gives freedom to work. company SOP are already well established and set. You have to follow and focus on your work. Office entry time is also not very strict. However, one should follow the discipline. People are cooperative and working culture is healthy. Take the challenge and you can learn and develop muti dimensional skills. Time to time various training programs also arranged by HR.

Dislikes

Designation Growth rate is very slow and salary is low in comparison to competitive market.

There is a lots of learning platform. And got a salary on time (first day of month).

There is might be official leave at site. Almost late night work at site and no benefits for staff's. Like; Dinner/convenience/compensatory leaves/etc.
