Whether you are talented or not have basic knowledge you get the fix increment which is desided by the company (for ex. 4k increased per year). About growth, it's an IT company. In it field everyday new things comes so we need to be updated. But still they are using old technologies, so there is no opportunities for you to learn new things. There is no job security. Company can terminate you any time whether you sign a bond or contract.
