Compensation is decent and I do receive most encouraging appreciation from my external colleagues but mostly unnoticed by higher management team

Irrespective of all your hardwork you will get nothing, persons(women & one men) who doesn't work will given all credits & backing. One will work 24*7 without any break, other will be chill and relaxed without doing anything. No one will question them, Worst man management by manager. They will back those people who doesn't know basic Alphabets. Peak Politics.
