Irrespective of all your hardwork you will get nothing, persons(women & one men) who doesn't work will given all credits & backing. One will work 24*7 without any break, other will be chill and relaxed without doing anything. No one will question them, Worst man management by manager. They will back those people who doesn't know basic Alphabets. Peak Politics.

Too much politics HR and CEO create disharmony amongst employees . There is no direction or strategy of business growth and vision. Attrition rate among white collars very high
