Focus is more on planning rather than actual execution. Thus most of the working time is utilised in planning wherein the same could have been used in arriving at results. No employee training or skills development program since last 5 years, minimal salary increment per year.

Group is growing. New verticals are under implementation stage. SO, lot of new evaluation, system implemented. Learning was very good. Guidance and good opportunities for learning and skill developement

Dislikes

Stagnation and old accumulated issues, not getting resolved. So growth is slower.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technoly. I also like the training giving to new and old employee.

Dislikes

Growth is slightly slow. Work pressure is high sometimes I have to work 20 hrs due to urgent report needed by top managers.

Group is now diversified and now in growth mode. Time being, liquidity condition of group is not good but in next six months, things looks better and should outperform then

Still the group is in evaluation and development stage.
