...ase think once before joining the company. they have bond of 2 lakh for 3 years.by this way they retain their employees without any increment and one more thing you have to work on Saturday also with such salary.even cashback that we get is more than their salary.they even has not provided me my last month payslip and salary.

...e... She is terrible than the manager... Over all a really bad experience .....they also laid off many employees for no reason and also dint provide the last working month salary and experience letter

I like that... Since they don't really teach anything... They don't really guide... They just know t9 escalate the work... We learn a lot on our own

Initial it was really good but from 2022 everything changed.

No work life balance and there is no any confirm policy. They will change policy according to situation which will be favorable to them. They gives very low hike and they is no extra benefits. They will fire people if they didn't agreed to work for extra hours on Saturday Sunday.

If u r a fresher then this company is the best company. I mean it may be a small start up company but in this company u can learn all, and u can do hand's on experience and for fresher they r giving satisfied salary and all the team leader's were friendly but few were strict but that strict is inside the company only. They won't carry that outside.

You will get to grasp a lot of things in short period of time because of numerous exposure to different kind of projects simultaneously. And you will also be expected to learn both frontend and backend part as per the need.

Extremely bad management be it in case of project time management or in case of choosing right technology for a particular project.Deadlines are too short for tons of load of work. No respect for personal time - company will make you work in holidays or even in leaves. Technologies used are quite old.
