...our last working day released you and even after 45days also no f&f settlement.. higher management also not bothering for this, many times salary also delayed so think before joining.

Good work environment and supportive management during the pandemic situation. The management help me a lot during curfew time. Overall it’s highly recommended organisation.

They’ve given the recent hike and they haven’t reduced salary like other companies during the pandemic time. It’s highly appreciated one at this time.

Salaries are upto market standard. Not the best, but still are competitive. Work life balance is quite good. No micromanagement things will happen. Office will have the basic stuffs that an IT organisation should have. I repeat basic stuffs. 28 paid leaves and 10 local holidays.

Work from office 5 days a week For wfh request, only if the reason is very genuine 3 days max will be permitted and any beyond that management will advice to apply for leave. Full formals daily with tucked in shirt and formal shoes. Office walking bays are very congested that two people cannot cross each other at the same time. Lack of projects since it is a small company. Cafeteria will be small as well which can accommodate only 40 people at a time. Strictly 9 hrs in office. No onsite.

Worst HR policies ever. Hatini jaise dikhane wali HR Swati Dahilkar. They treat you like slave. Discrimination. She is gold digger. Third class women. I left job. I would suggest you guys don't join the company even though you don't have any job.
