Nothing here to like except one thing. For fresher it is very good company to learn new things. Open access to every department. But it is terrible for experienced professional.

Work environment very bad . Quality head and plant head not professional not well educated and also communication skill was very bad . Not great place to work certified after 20 years completed company. Vice president after 1 month ask what is EE AND EEE branch ? And than hr contact official college website than know about ohh EE branch . When I was vice president don’t know EE branch . Than my mindset clear system very bad In this company. Quality head and plant uneducated not professional employee. In this generation mindset very different but old employee mindset totally old , no one follow 5S in the company. Fake promises during hiring time. After Hiring process every month schedule interview interview because uneducated hod and plant head judge your qualifications and saying not potential this employee and than create unnecessary issues in work life balance.

I feel well working in Trisquare Switchgear Pvt Ltd in R&d , NOD department because I found different type of challanges related to drawing Technical calculation of panel fabrication like COG , moment of inertia load etc
