...ce for you. Tripoto is good for freshers or people with about 1 year experience. And yes you will have to work on weekends too and the pay scale is terrible. Don't except management to be supportive. They can act super randomly and one fine day might ask you to leave.

No value is given to the designer neither any appreciation. I feel very undermined. More value is given to the people who onboard clients but they don’t understand that designers play an important part in clients requirements still we are so undervalued.

The company's 5-day working. Nothing else is good about this place.

- The management is confused - Though the entire team works hard, the CEO Anirudh Gupta thinks he's running a one-man show - Zero work-life balance. The boss actually held meetings to strictly enforce people to stay late in office. Obviously, everyone rejected the opinion - They'll even track your insta accounts - you get the jist. Stay away for your own good
