Earlier MD Mr. Sunil Kulkarni was so Egoist, only favor those employees who are fev of them even they are having poor performance. Politics and partiality was impacting good person and not considering the performance of good engineer. Hr. work and behavior not good, many feedback and complaint are by employee. Presently New MD has joined, seems Good and confident...Now company going well

If you get the right opportunity, you will get to learn a lot about the industrial culture as this company is thriving.. (Just the direction is wrong)

Dislikes

1. You need to speak local language to grow 2. HR is not aware of labour laws and will threaten you with all things once you resign. 3. Your work will never be clear to others because they have no idea how to move forward. 4. HR and management will mistreat you if you do not speak local language. (Ofcourse, being biased is one possibility) 5. Management is too egoistic that they will forget they are breaking laws while you are on your notice period, completely unaware that things can turn upside down.

Very good organization. I must say I got a very good exposure while working at this organization. Especially higher management is really good and co-operative. Managers and colleagues are well equipped with knowledge and technical skills. Very good environment and positivity on the floor. Lot of opportunities to grow in this organization. I enjoyed working in Triplan Ind. Pvt. Ltd.
