I am not liking the environment, and there is no scop for future also job is not secure there is no PF, ESI facilities other things are good work is good

I like to work at tripsailer.com, because of no pressure, I am satisfied with the work, but I want to leave that job because they have not supported me in COVID19 Lockdown when I need very much but they have given (lwp) live without pay, so just because of this reason only I am not satisfied and not secure with this job apart from this everything was fine......

Dislikes

Everything was fine there is no dislike about the company but one thing there were no facility of editional benefits like medical insurance, PF, and in covid 19 they have not helped and given Lwp ( live without pay)

MD ek number ka bakwaa hai iska. We were given trainings how to do fraud with people. 3rd class services provided to Travellers from this company. Is company k liye zero rating bhi kam hai. No need to book any package from these fraud people.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
