There's nothing to like about this company, it's all screwed up. No one has a clue about anything, and there are too many work dependencies on individuals. The company is going in no direction.

You'll be terminated any time, receiving baseless reasons, it's a regular practice here. Managers are unprofessions and unethical.

Aaah! Where to start. If you wanna make your life hell then join this. 1st of all there is no job security, you think you have taken a good step leaving your current company and joining this but don't make a mistake. You will repent after joining. They will not give leaves easily , and if you ask them they will act as if you have asked their soul from them. They have fired many people just by saying that we don't have clients and no business so it's better that you search for another job. They'll act as if you are the part of their family but these are just formalities. No one actually cares about you. Be Aware ! Caution .

Well this company recruited me as a motion graphic designer and I have done so many videos like wedding, motion graphic, promotional video, 2d animation etc. So I got experience in this field.
