Celebrations are held for every occasion including birthday, festivals and other events. 4. In most companies, only the sales team receives Incentives upon achieving targets. However, here the company provides incentives to all employees. 5. Promotion and salary hikes are given on time. 6. I have witnessed the company's growth from 4 locations to 14 locations worldwide. It has been 6 years now, and honestly I have never felt the company treats its employees with any partiality.
