1. Salary is always on time and on special occasions or festivals, it is often received earlier. This is the best part. 2. Annual Tour for employees. 3. Celebrations are held for every occasion including birthday, festivals and other events. 4. In most companies, only the sales team receives Incentives upon achieving targets. However, here the company provides incentives to all employees. 5. Promotion and salary hikes are given on time. 6. I have witnessed the company's growth from 4 locations to 14 locations worldwide. It has been 6 years now, and honestly I have never felt the company treats its employees with any partiality.

Company devlop day by day but they not think about employees salary is very low with expectations this is the bad point

They can do much more towards employee welfare and skill development. Needs to update it's salary and hike according to the market standards if they want quality employees.

Everything. If you want to ruin your career, join here. Kolkata office is worse. The one man army is a mad person. He is having bipolar mood disorder. Will make your life hell. Will put unnecessary pressure, will do micro management and will not allow you to work freely. Ego problem. After joining within 2 months he said that Trinity doesn't want me. They are wasting their money on me. Nodboy is ready to give you training on anything but expect result. You will get your reimbursement after 30 to 40 days. Also, they will make false promises , even he told me lie on job responsibilities to make me join here quickly.
