Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I haven't seen the worst company in ever in my life. They always make fake commitments. Even the offer letter is not given by the HR, I had joined in Trinity without offer letter and when I ask for the same, they make fool of me. Nothing is correct in this organization

Job security is zero in this company. Worst work culture I have seen in my life management is very poor they never give you offer letter and without offer letter you have to join the company never salary on time and if you will left the company or management will force you leave the company then they will not pay you salary. They make fake commitment all the time. Company policy are very bad. I will recommend never to join this company.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management never listen your problems. Career growth is zero in this company. Nothing is good in this company.
