Initially one may find it difficult to get used to with old employees and there working methods but eventually one will find ways to avoid unnecessary stress and office politics. There are many good employees who are ready to mentor and support you in difficult times. Owner is really great and humble person always encourage you to do better.

As the company is primarily into Manufacturing ,Services and Repair activities, Innovation and quick response to issues are important factors . One has to readily respond to adequate skills to undertake the issue as time factor is very critical.
