Timely salary and swanky clean environment.

Dislikes

Micromanagement by Director, teachers get shouted at, sometimes near the students for very simple problems. Anyone who disagrees with the Director, even slightly, may get fired. Too many people have been fired at in the 4 years that the school has been functioning. Compared to other schools, leaves/vacations are deliberately made less. 9 hours working schedule. Residential teachers have to work for 10+hours, including Saturday evenings.

I am so happy to be at Trinity Global School(TGS). Bishal Kumar, Director is caring and attentive to the teachers and parents issues. He Deals on a Good Faith Basis and has the best interest of the children always in mind. We have been blessed to have an extraordinary Team of Teachers, Admin Staff, Hostel, Cafeteria, Infrastructure and Housekeeping. Just completed my Six Years with Trinity Global School(TGS) and wish to retire from here. A place with excellent working environment.
