The company lacks proper direction, making it incredibly difficult to feel secure in the workplace. Frequent changes, without any clear strategy or communication. One of the biggest concerns is the leadership—especially the Indian Product Director, whose role and decision-making abilities are questionable at best. He lacks fundamental product management knowledge and people management skills, making it unclear how he was selected for the position. Instead of fostering collaboration, he avoids meaningful discussions about products and instead engages in irrelevant conversations. Worse, he tends to ghost employees and micromanage in an unproductive manner and also threatens. He shows little respect for colleagues, constantly interferes, and justifies his actions by claiming to follow a so-called "red book," documenting everything unnecessarily. Meanwhile, many directors in the US lack vision and engage in excessive micromanagement, creating an unstable and frustrating work environment. Raising concerns with People manager in US is futile, as feedback is simply redirected to this person, leading to retaliation instead of resolution. This toxic culture makes the organization feel highly insecure for employees, with little hope for professional growth or stability. The so-called "flexibility" only serves the company’s needs, requiring employees to overlap with onsite teams—working in the morning, taking a break in the afternoon, and resuming work in the evening until midnight. This results in an exhausting schedule with little regard for employees’ well-being, making it feel like an endless work cycle rather than true flexibility. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a structured, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace.

Everything. Director of Product in India is a fool, knows nothing about product management, don't know which fool hired him. He is a scrap made up of bone and flesh.

Incredible disappointing experience. The management is beyond terrible, complete lack of communication, transparency and respect. Recently they laid off more than 500 employees without any prior warning or notice, leaving many in shock. The way layoff was handled shows a complete disregard of the wellbeing of the employees. Management behavior is very unprofessional specifically who are onsite.
